Our teen reading promoters were a bit nervous about meeting a group of adults from the US. They feared these visitors might view their literacy promotion work with a stern and critical eye, yet they bravely welcomed the group of strangers with hugs and kisses. And they very quickly found themselves relaxed and laughing as they played silly games together, got to know one another and worked together in preparation for the reading fiesta.
